System checks to confirm proper operation, including thermostat function, electrical connections, airflow, temperature split, refrigerant performance indicators, ignition/safety checks for furnaces, and condensate drainage.
Clear, plain-language notes on your system’s condition and any steps we recommend before peak season.
Our promise: no upsell tactics. If we discover something that could improve performance, extend equipment life, or enhance safety, we’ll explain it and let you decide. You’ll get an honest, practical assessment so you can plan confidently—nothing more, nothing less.
HVAC Service Call & System Diagnosis
Our HVAC service call is designed to identify the root cause of your heating or cooling issue. During the visit, a qualified technician will perform a thorough diagnostic evaluation of your system to determine what is causing the problem.
Once the diagnosis is complete, we will clearly explain our findings and provide repair or replacement options based on your system's condition. We believe in giving our customers the information they need to make an informed decision, with upfront recommendations and no-pressure service.
The service call fee covers the technician's travel, system inspection, troubleshooting, and professional diagnosis. Any repair work is quoted separately and will only be performed with your approval
